Withdraw from Contract

You can withdraw from your contract here — without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Just fill in the form below. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay.

So that we can match your withdrawal straight away, please state in the message field:

• your order number (e.g. #1001),
• which items you are withdrawing from (all or individual ones),
• the order or delivery date.

You can just as well declare your withdrawal informally by e-mail to hallo@wauwow.store or by post to Just Good Things Retail GmbH, Kaiserswerther Str. 215, 40474 Düsseldorf. The statutory model withdrawal form is in the right of withdrawal notice — you may use it, but you do not have to.
