Shipping and delivery
Two routes to you
We work with two warehouses — which route applies to your item is always stated directly on the product page:
- German warehouse: dispatch within 1–2 working days after receipt of payment, delivery within Germany usually after 1–3 working days.
- Overseas warehouse: some items we send to you directly from our overseas warehouse — without a detour, and at a fair price. Expect a delivery time of usually 10 to 20 working days.
No surprises at your door (EU)
For deliveries within the European Union the following applies, no matter which warehouse: we take care of customs and import handling. You pay the price from your cart plus the shipping costs shown, nothing else.
Delivery to Switzerland
Switzerland is outside the EU customs territory. Smaller shipments often stay free of charges there; with larger order values import VAT and a handling fee charged by the carrier may apply, which you bear as the recipient. Tip: several smaller orders are often cheaper for you than one large one.

EU: EUR 12.95
Switzerland and other countries: EUR 19.99
Within Germany, shipping is free from an order value of EUR 150. You will see the costs that apply to your country during checkout, before you place your order.
Partial deliveries
If you order items from both warehouses, they will arrive separately. This does not cost you anything extra.
Returns
Returns always go to our address in Düsseldorf — never abroad, no matter where the item came from.
If you withdraw from the contract, you bear the cost of the return yourself (a prepaid parcel to our address, details in the right of withdrawal notice).
If an item is faulty, we of course cover the return costs — just drop us a line at hallo@wauwow.store and we will send you a return label or refund your postage in full.

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
