Delivery time

Delivery usually takes:

Germany: 2 to 3 working days
Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: 3 to 4 working days
Switzerland: 6 to 7 working days

No surprises at your door (EU)

For deliveries within the European Union: we handle customs and import clearance. You pay the price shown in your cart plus the stated shipping cost, nothing else.

Delivery to Switzerland

Switzerland is outside the EU customs area. Smaller shipments are often duty-free there; on larger order values you may be charged import VAT and a handling fee from the carrier, which you as the recipient pay.

Shipping costs

Germany: €5.90, free from €69 in goods
Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: €7.50 (up to 2 kg total weight), €9.50 (above), free from €89 in goods
Switzerland: CHF 15.00 (up to 2 kg total weight), CHF 18.00 (above), free from €100 in goods, which is about CHF 95

In Switzerland the shop charges in francs at the daily exchange rate, so the threshold for free shipping moves slightly there.

We currently ship only to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland. You'll see the exact cost for your country during checkout, before you place the order.

Minimum order value

We have a minimum order value of 35 euros (goods only, shipping not included). For delivery to Switzerland it is 50 CHF.

The reason is simple: packing, handing over and transporting a parcel costs almost the same whatever is inside. With a very small order, that eats up the entire price. Economically and environmentally, that does not add up, because a parcel with one chew bone needs the same van as a full one.

Still, we want to keep offering inexpensive items and small things like snacks. That is why the limit is set low on purpose. If you want a snack or a low-priced item, simply add something your dog will need soon anyway. One parcel instead of two, and everyone benefits.

The limit applies to every order, including orders with a discount code or the shipping promotion. If something is missing, the checkout shows you exactly how much.

Returns

Please tell us about your withdrawal or return first, and we will give you the return address. Everything is explained under Returns and exchanges.

If you cancel your order, you cover the cost of the return shipment yourself (a prepaid parcel to the return address, details in the right of withdrawal notice).

If an item is faulty, we of course cover the return shipping cost — just email us at hello@wauwow.store, we'll send you a return label or refund your postage in full.
