Three questions that almost always come up

What size fits my dog? Measure the back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and the chest girth at the widest point behind the front legs. Every coat and harness page has a guide with a diagram and a calculator that tells you the right size. If you're between two sizes, take the larger one.

When will my order arrive? Usually within two to three working days in Germany, three to four working days in Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, and six to seven working days in Switzerland. More under Shipping and Delivery.

Something doesn't fit? You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. You cover the cost of the return yourself in that case. If something on an item is broken or wrong, we cover it: send us a quick email, and we'll send a return label or refund your postage. The details are in the right of withdrawal notice.
