We pick our products ourselves, order every model as a sample first and only sell what has convinced us — workmanship, material, fit. Whatever fails does not make it into the shop.
Depending on the item, we ship from our German warehouse or directly from our overseas warehouse — the honest delivery time is always stated with the item, and returns go to our address in Düsseldorf in every case. A few mood images on this website, such as the dog in the autumn woods on the homepage, were created with the help of artificial intelligence. They show atmosphere, never a product.
For our items the rule is: the first image always shows the real item. Additional views are partly created with AI assistance, always based on the real product. We never change colour, cut or details in the process. What you see is what arrives.
