WAU·WOW is a small, independent online shop for dog supplies from Düsseldorf: dog coats, leads, harnesses, beds, toys and treats, with personal telephone support.
The reason WAU·WOW exists
Our eldest daughter loves animals, especially dogs. That is where the idea for WAU·WOW came from: to build a business around exactly the subject that is close to her heart, with the aim of handing it over to her one day.
That is also why how we do things here matters to us: for example, honest size information right on the product instead of tables that don't match reality, or, for natural chews, exactly one raw ingredient on the list, not an ingredient list you have to look up.
WAU·WOW is a small, independent online shop for dog supplies from Düsseldorf. No corporation, no call centre queue: when you write to us, you get a reply from a person who actually runs the shop.
We list a wide range of well-known brands, including Trixie, Zolux and Croci. Size, material and care information comes from the manufacturers. If something doesn't fit or something is wrong with your order, just get in touch and we'll sort it out without fuss, instead of sending you back and forth between forms.
Delivery times are listed on the page Shipping and Delivery, and returns and exchanges are explained here. If you have any questions, you can reach us at hello@wauwow.store, where a real person will reply, for dog mums and dads alike.
Honesty about images
A few mood images on this website, such as the dog in the autumn forest on the home page, were created with the help of artificial intelligence. They show atmosphere, never a product.
For our products, this applies: the first image always shows the real product. We create some of the additional views with the help of AI, always based on the real product. We never change colour, cut or details in the process. What you see is what arrives.
No invented reviews
We are new to the market. There are no customer reviews yet, or hardly any, and we won't invent any to cover that up. Better honestly empty than falsely full.
