Withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us through the withdrawal form or by e-mail to hello@wauwow.store. We confirm receipt and give you the return address. Please only send goods back once you have this address.
Cost of the return
You pay the cost of the return shipment. If an item is faulty or the wrong item was delivered, we cover it: you get a return label, or we refund your postage.
Refund
After the return we refund the purchase price using the payment method you used.
Exchange
You can exchange an item 1:1 for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. You pay the freight costs for the return and for the new delivery. If an item is faulty, we exchange it free of charge. Just write to us at hello@wauwow.store.
