Terms of service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop wauwow.store by consumers and by businesses. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB, German Civil Code).
2. Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with:
Just Good Things Retail GmbH
Kaiserswerther Str. 215
40474 Düsseldorf
Germany
E-mail: hallo@wauwow.store
Managing Director: Marc Schiefelbusch
Amtsgericht Düsseldorf (Düsseldorf Local Court), HRB 107246
VAT ID no.: DE454568832
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy now” button you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows by e-mail immediately after the order has been submitted. The purchase contract is concluded with this e-mail confirmation.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are quoted in euros including statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are shown during the ordering process before you place your order. Details can be found on the page Shipping and Delivery.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process and explained on the page Payment Methods. For payment methods processed through external payment service providers, their terms apply in addition.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany, unless further delivery countries are offered during the ordering process. Information on delivery times can be found with the respective product and on the page Shipping and Delivery. Some items we ship directly from our overseas warehouse outside the European Union; the relevant delivery time is stated with the item. For deliveries within the European Union we cover any customs duties and import charges — no additional costs arise for you. For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), import charges and carrier fees may apply, which you bear as the recipient. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay; any payments already made will be refunded immediately in that case.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, deadlines and the model withdrawal form can be found in the right of withdrawal notice. You can also declare your withdrawal directly on the page Withdraw from Contract.
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, German Civil Code) — for example harnesses or collars personalised with a name. We point this out separately with the product concerned.
9. Warranty
The statutory rights in respect of defects apply.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance the contracting party may regularly rely), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability under the Produkthaftungsgesetz (German Product Liability Act) remains unaffected.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG, German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters).
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Towards consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
We provide these terms and conditions and the other contractual information in several language versions. The versions in other languages are translations of the German version. If the versions differ, the German version prevails, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence provide otherwise.
